There is No Online Application System. All applicants must publish GKS packages in difficult copies to the establishments that conduct the 1st round of selection.
For GKS-Graduate degrees, you could post the packages both to the Korean Embassies or Korean universities.
Before filing your software, you must carefully examine through the 2020 GKS-G Application Guidelines, available on Study in Korea internet site (www.Studyinkorea.Cross.Kr < Scholarships <GKS Notice).
