Eiffel Scholarship 2023 | France Government Scholarship (Fully Funded) Opportunity Desk



Call is open to apply for Eiffel Scholarship 2023. Applicants having Any Academic Major can get admission in Master’s & Ph.D. degrees Till 01 Jan 2023. The Eiffel Program of Excellence is a French Government Scholarship. It is one of the highest Government Scholarships in France for International students. French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs is financing this French Scholarship. The scholarship will be awarded for 36 Months & 12 Months depending on Course length.

There is No Application Fee Required. Applicants’ age should not be more than 25 for Master Degrees & 35 For PhD Degree Programs. total Number of awards is 350+. It is even more easy to get enrolled in French Universities as compared to American universities. The University of Paris ranked #37 in World Ranking while No.1 in Paris, France.

Developed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program provides Annual Training for Future Foreign Decision-Makers in the public and private sectors in degree programs at the Master and Doctoral levels. Applications are submitted exclusively by French higher education institutions.

The two main disciplinary fields for the Eiffel scholarships cover the following seven areas of study for the Masters and Doctorate elements:

For Science and Technology

For Humanities and Social Sciences

  • History, French language, and civilization
  • Law and political science
  • Economics and management

Levels of Study

French higher education institutions that submit candidates to the Eiffel program agree to enroll them:

  • in courses leading to a master’s degree
  • in an engineering program
  • in a joint doctoral program (joint supervision of dissertation and/or dual degree), in partnership with a partner institution abroad.

Duration of The Scholarship

Master’s level

  • a maximum of 12 months when enrolling in an M2
  • a maximum of 24 months when enrolling in an M1
  • a maximum of 36 months for the completion of an engineering degree

Doctorate level

The Eiffel scholarship is awarded for a period of 12 months in France.

Benefits included

Master’s level: Eiffel scholarship holders receive a monthly allowance of €1,181, to which is added several services: International transportation, national transportation, insurance, housing searches, cultural activities, etc.

Doctorate level: Eiffel scholarship holders a monthly stipend of €1,700 to which is added several services:: international transportation, national transportation, insurance, housing searches, cultural activities, etc.

All French higher education institutions can submit applications. The institution accepts and supports your application for the Eiffel scholarship. The institution submits your application online via the dedicated Campus France website.

Applications sent directly by students or by foreign institutions will be declared ineligible.
