Applications are open to apply for the Global Change Leadership Program 2020 in Canada. The Global Change Leaders Program is a 7 week education program. It is offered by Coady Institute’s International Centre for Women’s Leadership. The Program will cover all the cost of Scholarship.
The global change leaders program 2020 at Coady Institute in Canada is for women from developing countries. There is No Age restriction. Females who demonstrate women’s leadership in community development with a university degree can apply for this fully funded scholarship to study in Canada.

What You Will Do In Global Leadership Program
Coady institute international center for women’s leadership 2 main components:
June 1 – July 17, 2020: A seven week on-site intensive course at the Coady International Institute in Antigonish, Nova Scotia, Canada where a collaborative relationship is fostered in which participants focus on leadership theories.
A final Module: Coady international institute scholarship 2020 trainings in which participants articulate an action plan for how they will take their new learning to home to provide leadership in their communities and empowering other women moving forward.
September 1, 2020 – February 28, 2021: Participants will benefit from one-on-one mentoring from experienced women leaders upon their return home for up to six months to follow on the application of learning into practice. Participants will also join a global alumnae network of women leaders.

Eligibility Criteria
This program is targeted to women leaders from developing countries who are working on development issues. These are women who:
- Possess a minimum of five years of demonstrated leadership experience in a social or economic development.
- Hold a university degree or a combination of post-secondary education and experience.
- Have great drive and passion for their work, demonstrated through their outstanding contributions in their organizations and communities
- Are practitioners in civil society organizations including community based organizations or Non-Profit NGO.
- Have strong oral and written English language competencies.
- Candidates must be from a country eligible for Official Development Assistance.
- For 2020, priority will be given to eligible candidates who identify as Indigenous in their respective communities.

How To Apply For Global Change Leadership Program 2020
You need to submit an online application form. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted to take part in an online interview by skype or a zoom call by the end of December. Successful candidates will be notified around January 20th. Once notified, candidates will be expected to secure their visa to Canada no later than April 30th, 2020. Successful candidates will receive further instructions regarding travel and schedule once selected.
