KAIST International Students Scholarships Programs

  • Full tuition Fee: Tuition exemption for 4 semesters (MS) / 10 semesters (MS-PhD Integrated) / 8 semesters (PhD)
  • Stipend: 350,000 KRW per month (MS) or 400,000 KRW per month (PhD)
  • National Health Insurance premium
  • Distinguished Package: KGPS guarantees full tuition fees and a monthly stipend of KRW 1,000,000 for 2 years.

Eligibility Criteria



  • All applicants and their parents must not hold Korean citizenship.
  • Must be under 40 years for applying in KAIST University Scholarship in Korea.
  • Should have a Bachelor’s Degree to be enrolled in a Master’s Program.
  • Should have a Master’s Degree to be enrolled in the Ph.D. Degree Program.
  • Must have High School Diploma For bachelor’s Degree admission.
  • English Language Proficiency Letter from University.
